Michael O. Leavitt Building
On August 21, 2026, Utah's North Capitol Building — home of the Museum of Utah — was formally dedicated as the Michael O. Leavitt Building, following a unanimous vote by the Capitol Preservation Board.
Presidential Medallion of Service
On April 23, 2026, Southern Utah University conferred its Presidential Medallion of Service on Michael O. Leavitt during commencement at the America First Event Center, where he also delivered the keynote address to a class of more than 3,400 graduates.
